Kasalis' Pixid 700
Kasalis, a provider of global solutions for the active alignment, assembly and test of optical devices, introduced of the Pixid 700 platform designed for optical devices with complex light paths that require multi-channel, multi-directional and multi-lens alignment.
The optical alignment manufacturing system introduces a new paradigm in active alignment for emerging technologies and advancements in light detection and ranging (LiDAR), augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR) applications, and vehicle display projection systems.

Pixid systems have been used to actively align and assemble millions of devices across a variety of products and industries.
The Pixid 700 platform features optional higher resolution positioning in 5nm linear or 0.2μrad angular, improved capabilities with micro-optic applications, and increased customization and process flexibility. The software framework uses a modern node-based architecture to allow for quick prototyping and a seamless transition into mass production.
